Wrist brace

The wrist brace, wrist bandage or wrist splint is suitable for support and protection of the wrist joint. The wrist joint is a joint consisting of 8 carpal bones / These legs are connected on one side to the metacarpals and on the other side to the forearm bones, the radius and the ulna. Between these bone pieces are bands that can be stretched due to trauma (e.g. a fall). This can cause the wrist joint to become unstable. The wrist brace can restore the necessary stability.

The wrist brace is indispensable for various conditions

Also in case of complaints of the tendons around the wrist, a wrist bandage can provide protection that promotes the recovery of the tendons. You can think of Quervain's disease.

In Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, a wrist splint will prevent the wrist from entering "angled" positions that constrict the carpal tunnel. This will lead to tingling in the fingers.
